What should I do if the video clips taken with my Lyric C1 and C2 camera are too dark at night?

Go to your camera settings in the Lyric app and make sure the Night Vision (IR mode) is set to default and not to manual. If the infrared mode is off during low/not normal light, the video clip will be too dark.

1.Select the "Three Bar" icon in the upper left corner
2.Select "Night Vision"
3.Select "Auto"

The camera will now adjust the brightness automatically as needed.
