My mp3 doorbell (series 9 RDWL917A) has not stored my mp3 melody even though it was successfully transferred.

The mp3 doorbell (series 9 RDWL917A) may not initially recognize downloaded mp3 melodies for at least 15 seconds if it is powered from the USB without batteries installed. It is recommended to install batteries at all times.
