My Lyric C1 camera is working fine, but I don’t hear any audio in the stored video clip. What should I do?

First, make sure the volume on your smart device is turned on. If it is and you still don't hear the audio in your video clip, unplug the camera's power outlet, wait for 30 seconds, and then power the camera back on. Wait for the camera to reboot and try again.
