Why am I getting the message "Service Unavailable" when I log into the Honeywell Home App?
This message means the Honeywell Home app is unable to connect to the Honeywell Home servers. This may be due to an internet connection issue, a server issue, or an issue with the device. Please attempt the following:
Try logging in from a different device
If connected to WiFi, try using Mobile Data instead (or vice versa)
If possible, try using a different account to log in
