Why am I getting the message "Service Unavailable" when I log into the Resideo App?
This message means the Resideo App is unable to connect to the Honeywell Home servers. This may be due to an internet connection issue, a server issue, or an issue with the device. Please attempt the following:
- Try logging in from a different device
- If connected to WiFi, try using Mobile Data instead (or vice versa)
- If possible, try using a different account to log in
- Check our Support Site to verify if there is any current maintenance
