What should I do if my computer does not automatically recognize my mp3 doorbell (series 9 RDWL917A) as an external drive?

When you connect the mp3 doorbell to a computer for the first time, your computer should automatically install the USB device driver. If the doorbell is not detected, remove and reinsert the USB connector or try a different USB port.
