T9/T10 Thermostat Error Message: When pairing a Smart Room Sensor, the green light is steady and/or flashes red after pressing “connect” button on sensor (rather than flash green rapidly while pairing)

Reset the sensor by pressing and holding the Connect button on the sensor until the orange light appears (after about 15 seconds). Then try adding the sensor to the thermostat again.
