You cannot remove a user from an individual thermostat; you will need to remove the user from a location. To remove a user from a location, go to the Lyric app home screen and tap the three-line menu icon in the upper left hand corner. Press the gear icon next to the location from which you'd like to remove a user.
To remove another user, press "Users," then tap and hold the email address of the user you would like to remove. You should then be able to select "Remove Access."
Press "Users," then press the X next to the email address of the user you would like to remove.
Note: Any user can remove any other user, regardless of who initially set up the location. Users removed in error will need to contact another current user for access or reset the thermostat by calling Lyric Technical Support at 1-800-633-3991.
