What do I do if my Lyric thermostat does not come on when I approach it?

The Lyric thermostat includes a proximity sensor, so it should wake up when you approach. If the thermostat does not wake up, please replace the AAA Lithium battery. Gently pull the thermostat away from the wallplate, remove the battery and replace it with a new one.
