I've completed the installation and the screen just says Lyric with circles lighting up around it?

When you first restore power to your Lyric thermostat, the thermostat will take up to three minutes to start up. During this start up period your Lyric display will light up in circles as it advances through its initial power up. When the thermostat is done it will display a unique network name, for example, Lyric Stat 03. When you see the unique network name, touch "OK" to begin your thermostat configuration. If your Lyric thermostat screen goes dark after three minutes, approach the Lyric and wave your hand in front of it to wake it up and continue configuration.
