Can I still use the Lyric thermostat if my old thermostat used braided wires and not solid copper wires?

If the wires connected to your old thermostat are braided wires, you can still use the Lyric thermostat. Follow the wiring instructions within the Lyric app to identify the appropriate terminals and insert as directed.
