I can't figure out how to download mp3 files from my Apple Mac computer to my mp3 doorbell (series 9 RDWL917A). What should I do?

Currently, a bug in the Apple operating system prevents Apple Mac OS from transferring the file to the mp3 doorbell in the correct format (an error is generated). Until this Apple system bug is corrected, you'll need to use a Windows PC to transfer the file to your series 9 (RDWL917A) doorbell.
