Does the Lyric C1 camera record everything? And does it send recordings to any private accounts?

No. Honeywell Lyric cameras don't use up your bandwidth with continuous recording. The cameras are designed to detect any suspicious motion and/or any sound (including smoke alarm sound) at your home. The detection algorithm operates on the camera firmware and the notifications are relayed to you via the cloud.

If a motion or audio event is detected, only the detected sound/video will be recorded for 30 seconds and sent to you through your Lyric app. You can also download the clip to your mobile, tablet or any other smart device.

Honeywell takes customer data privacy and security extremely seriously, so recordings are only sent to the addresses/devices you select. In addition, the Lyric C1 uses end-to-end encryption and other security measures to protect your privacy.
