I am having difficulty connecting to my WiFi router during the WiFi registration process?

If you have made multiple attempts to achieve WiFi router connectivity using the WiFi registration process (WiFi Setup Menu) on the thermostat and it is unsuccessful; it is recommended that you reboot your WiFi router and re-enroll via the WiFi registration process. If the thermostat still cannot find your WiFi network, or is unable to connect, please contact Honeywell Customer Service at 1-855-733-5465.
