I am having difficulty connecting to my Wi-Fi router during the Wi-Fi registration process?

If you have made multiple attempts to achieve Wi-Fi router connectivity using the Wi-Fi registration process (Wi-Fi Setup Menu) on the thermostat and it is unsuccessful; it is recommended that you reboot your Wi-Fi router and re-enroll via the Wi-Fi registration process. If the thermostat still cannot find your Wi-Fi network, or is unable to connect, please contact Honeywell Customer Service at 1-855-733-5465.
