I cannot see my New Thermostat on the list of available networks?

On the Thermostat WiFi setup page, click on the rescan button to refresh the network list. This can be done multiple times. If this does not work then power down the thermostat by removing the thermostat from the wall plate and then snapping the thermostat back onto the wallplate in after 4-5 seconds. With your device (laptop or smartphone) reconnect to the "New Thermostat" network and open the Thermostat WiFi Setup page again. If the wireless network is setup to be a non-broadcasting SSID, the user can enter in the network name at the bottom of the page. Enter the network name in the "Add new network" text box, specify the encryption type and click ADD. The new network will appear at the top of the list. Select it, enter a password (if necessary) and select ‘Join’.
