Why is there a loud noise when I use the 2-way talk feature on my smart device?

This loud noise will happen if you stand too close to the Lyric C1 camera, as the 2-way talk can create an echo. What's happening is that the voice from the camera is picked up by both the smart device and the camera. To avoid this, try moving away from the camera (50 feet or more) and retry 2-way talk.
