Try the following actions:
1. Leave the Lyric app and return to the smart device's homepage. Enter the Settings option. From the list of available Wi-Fi networks, connect to the Lyric Stat network. Return to the Lyric app.
2. Uninstall the Lyric app from device. Then remove the thermostat from the subbase and wait 15 seconds. Reattach the thermostat and reinstall the Lyric app to the device. After that, log into the Lyric app and reconnect the Lyric app to the Lyric thermostat Power cycle.
