Pad Style Humidifier Maintenance

Before checking/cleaning your humidifier system, make sure it is powered down for safety. We do not recommend servicing a powered humidifier. Access and remove your humidifier pad to inspect if it needs to be changed. We recommend changing your pad seasonally. Consult your owner's/install guide for how to properly access your pad if you have any questions.

Wipe down the inside of the pad frame to clear it of any debris. Wipe the tray on top of your pad to clear it of any debris. Inspect your drain line for cracks and for debris. If you cannot clear the line or it is cracked, have it replaced. For stubborn stains or debris use vinegar or CLR will help loosen them.
