How do I register my Resideo product?

Any device which connects to Honeywell Home (T5, T6, T9, T10, WiFi Water Leak Detector, D6, C1, Round Smart, or Smart Home Security) will register to your account automatically once the "Add new device" steps are completed in the Resideo App. Simply open the Resideo App, and select the "+" icon or select "Add new Device" and follow the steps for your product.

WiFi or Redlink Devices supported on our Total Connect Comfort platform (FocusPRO, VisionPRO, WiFi Smart, or Prestige) must be manually registered to your account at (You will need the device MAC ID and CRC printed on the thermostat information card, or located on the back of the thermostat face-plate).

Devices that do not connect to the internet (programmable and non-programmable thermostats, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and ventilators) can be registered here.
