Home Energy Report: How to reconnect your thermostat?

To reconnect your thermostat to WiFi, make sure your router is powered on and broadcasting. Restart your router by pressing the ON/OFF button or by unplugging the device then plugging back in after approximately five seconds.

If the problem persists, you may need to reset the thermostat's WiFi connection or reset your home WiFi. For help reconnecting your thermostat's WiFi, view our FAQ section or visit our support page. To reset your home WiFi, refer to the router's instruction manual. When the WiFi network has been restored, the thermostat will automatically reconnect.
