To reconnect your thermostat to Wi-Fi, make sure your router is powered on and broadcasting. Restart your router by pressing the ON/OFF button or by unplugging the device then plugging back in after approximately five seconds.
If the problem persists, you may need to reset the thermostat's Wi-Fi connection or reset your home Wi-Fi. To reset your home Wi-Fi, refer to the router's instruction manual. When the Wi-Fi network has been restored, the thermostat will automatically reconnect.
