Key Promotion Requirements

To qualify for the 10,000 bonus PERKS points, an eligible business account must register for CONNECT 26 during the Promotion Period, redeem PERKS points for qualifying airfare to attend CONNECT 26 during the Promotion Period, and have attendance at CONNECT 26 verified by Resideo. Limit one 10,000-point bonus per eligible business account. Promotion limited to the first 100 qualifying business accounts. See full Terms and Conditions below.

Official Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the CONNECT 26 10,000 Bonus PERKS Points Travel Promotion (the “Promotion”), offered by Resideo Technologies, Inc. (“Resideo”). By participating, an eligible business account agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable PERKS program rules.

  1. Promotion Period
  2. The Promotion begins when official registration for CONNECT 26 opens and ends when official registration closes, at the dates and times stated on the official CONNECT 26 registration site (the “Promotion Period”). Both CONNECT 26 registration and the qualifying airfare redemption described below must be completed during the Promotion Period.

  3. Eligibility
  4. The Promotion is open to eligible Gold, Platinum and Premier PERKS business accounts that are eligible to register for CONNECT 26 and remain active and in good standing through the time the bonus points are posted. To qualify, the same eligible business account must satisfy all three requirements below:

    • Register. At least one attendee associated with the eligible business account must complete a valid CONNECT 26 registration during the Promotion Period.
    • Book qualifying airfare with PERKS points. During the Promotion Period, the business account must redeem PERKS points through the PERKS program for qualifying airfare for a registered attendee traveling to CONNECT 26.
    • Attend. At least one registered attendee associated with the business account must attend CONNECT 26, and attendance must be verified using Resideo’s official event attendance records.

All three requirements must be met. A registration alone, an airfare redemption alone, or attendance alone does not qualify for the bonus.

  5. Qualifying Airfare Redemption
  6. A qualifying airfare redemption is a PERKS points redemption recorded through the PERKS program for commercial airfare used by a registered attendee for travel to attend CONNECT 26. A round-trip itinerary may qualify when the purpose of the airfare is travel to attend CONNECT 26.

Hotel or lodging rewards, hotel gift cards, rental cars, ground transportation, parking, meals, and other non-airfare travel rewards do not qualify. Redemptions that are canceled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise not completed are not eligible. Resideo and/or its PERKS program administrator may request reasonable documentation if the available program records are insufficient to verify that an airfare redemption qualifies.

  7. Bonus and 100-Account Limit
  8. Each qualifying business account will receive one bonus of 10,000 PERKS points. The Promotion is limited to 100 qualifying business accounts, for a maximum Promotion allocation of 1,000,000 bonus points. Multiple attendees, registrations, or qualifying airfare redemptions associated with the same business account do not result in additional bonuses.

If more than 100 business accounts otherwise satisfy all Promotion requirements, the 100 qualifying business accounts with the earliest recorded qualifying airfare redemption timestamps during the Promotion Period will receive the bonus. For an account to remain eligible under this ordering rule, its applicable CONNECT 26 registration must remain valid and its required attendance must later be verified.

  9. Verification and Point Posting
  10. Eligibility will be verified using official CONNECT 26 registration records, PERKS redemption records, and CONNECT 26 attendance records. Bonus points will be awarded only after CONNECT 26 concludes and attendance has been verified. Bonus points are expected to be credited to the qualifying PERKS business account within approximately 6–8 weeks after verification is complete.

If an account is closed, suspended, not in good standing, or otherwise unable to receive PERKS points when the bonus is processed, the

  11. General Conditions
    • PERKS points awarded through the Promotion are subject to the applicable PERKS program terms, including any rules governing account status, redemption, expiration, and use.
    • Resideo may disqualify activity that is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or the PERKS program rules. Bonus points awarded in error or based on ineligible activity may be reversed.
    • Official Resideo event records and PERKS program records will be used to administer and verify the Promotion, subject to correction of manifest administrative or technical errors.
    • Sales representative communications and other promotional materials are for informational purposes only. If they conflict with these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions control.
    • Any applicable taxes or tax-reporting obligations associated with the bonus are the responsibility of the recipient. Resideo does not provide tax advice.
    • To the extent permitted by law, Resideo may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, operational disruption, or another circumstance beyond Resideo’s reasonable control materially impairs the fair or intended administration of the Promotion.
    • Void where prohibited by law.

  • Eligibility

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to all individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada, including Québec, who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

No Pro PERKS membership required. Participation is open to all eligible individuals meeting the requirements of these Official Rules, regardless of Pro PERKS membership status, business affiliation, customer status, or marketing segment.

Excluded persons. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, promotion administrators and agencies directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.

No purchase or payment requirement. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win this Sweepstakes. There are two entry methods: (1) the CONNECT 26 event-based entry method, which requires a valid CONNECT 26 registration during the applicable registration period and verified attendance at CONNECT 26; or (2) the free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE), which does not require CONNECT 26 registration, attendance, travel booking, purchase, or payment. Valid entries from both methods receive equal treatment in the drawing. A winner need not be present at the drawing.

One entry per person. Limit one valid entry per Entrant, regardless of entry method. If an Entrant uses both entry methods, Sponsor will treat the submissions as a single entry, provided at least one method results in a valid entry. Using more than one method will not increase an Entrant's odds of winning. Each valid entry has equal weight.

Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid eligible entries received for this Sweepstakes.

  • Entry Period and How to Enter

Entry period. July 30, 2026 through September 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. All entries must be received during the Entry Period

Two methods of entry are available:

Entry Method 1: CONNECT 26 registration and attendance. An eligible individual receives a provisional entry by completing a valid CONNECT 26 registration during the Entry Period. The provisional entry becomes a valid Sweepstakes entry only if that same individual attends CONNECT 26 and Sponsor verifies the attendance. Registration alone does not constitute a valid entry under this method. Pro PERKS membership is not required.

Entry Method 2: Free email Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without CONNECT 26 registration, purchase, payment, travel booking, or attendance, an eligible individual must send an email to proPERKS@resideo.com during the Entry Period with the subject line "CONNECT 26 EARLY BIRD SWEEPSTAKES - FREE ENTRY." Minor typographical variations will not invalidate an otherwise valid entry if the Sweepstakes is reasonably identifiable.

    • Entrant's first and last name.
    • Email address.
    • Telephone number.
    • City, state/province, and country.
    • Confirmation that the Entrant has reached the age of majority in the Entrant's jurisdiction of residence.
    • Certification: "I am submitting a free entry into the CONNECT 26 Early Bird Sweepstakes. I certify that I am a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction, have reached the age of majority in my jurisdiction of residence, and agree to the Official Rules."

The AMOE email must be received by the entry deadline. Valid AMOE entries and valid event-based entries will be combined into the same drawing pool and receive equal odds of selection. Limit one entry per person as described in Section 2.

  • Prize

Prizes. Two (2) Winners will each receive one Resideo Product Certificate with an approximate retail value of US$1,000. Total prize ARV: US$2,000. Each certificate will be redeemable directly through Sponsor in accordance with the instructions provided to the Winner. No Pro PERKS membership, account, purchase, or payment is required to receive or redeem the Prize. The certificate has no cash redemption value, is subject to eligible product availability, and will be provided with any applicable use or expiration terms.

  • Drawing, Notification and Winner Verification

Drawing and notification. Potential Winners will be selected by random drawing during CONNECT 26, November 19-22, 2026, after Sponsor has verified attendance for event-based entries, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, from all valid eligible entries received through either entry method. Each individual selected in the drawing will be a “Potential Winner” unless and until the individual’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified by Sponsor. Potential winners will be notified by email; Sponsor may additionally announce Potential Winners onsite. An AMOE Entrant is not required to attend CONNECT 26, and a Potential Winner need not be present at the drawing. A Potential Winner must respond and complete any required verification within five (5) business days after notification or Sponsor may select an alternate Winner by random drawing.

Canadian potential winners. Before being confirmed as a winner, a Potential Winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor. Failure to answer correctly will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Potential Winner.

    • Sponsor will select Potential Winners randomly from the applicable valid eligible entry pool.
    • A Potential winner may be required to confirm individual eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary for Prize fulfillment, tax reporting, or legal compliance.
    • If a Potential Winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, declines the Prize, fails a required Canadian skill-testing question when applicable, or fails to provide required verification, Sponsor may select an alternate Winner by random drawing.
    • Prizes are awarded to individual Winners and will be delivered or made available directly through Sponsor. No cash alternative is available unless Sponsor determines otherwise as permitted by law.
    • Sponsor may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if an advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
    • Prize recipients are responsible for applicable federal, state, provincial, local or other taxes and tax-reporting obligations, if any.
    • Upon receipt of this information, Winner(s) may be required to sign and return a liability waiver ("Liability Waiver") and required tax forms, which must be received by Sponsor within five (5) days of the date a notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the Prize. Except where prohibited, the Potential Winner(s) may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release (the “Affidavit”) (at time of accepting the Prize). If a Potential Winner(s) (i) fails to sign and return the Affidavit or the Liability Waiver, (ii) cannot be contacted, (iii) fails to execute and return the Declaration within the required time period, (iv) does not comply with these Official Rules, or (v) if Prize is returned as undeliverable, Potential Winner(s) forfeits the Prize.
    • Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize permits Sponsor to identify the winner's name, city, and state/province in reasonable winner announcements without additional compensation.
    • Non-winners will not receive individual notification.
  • General Conditions

Administration and verification. Sponsor may use CONNECT 26 registration and attendance records, Sweepstakes entry records, and other records reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, prevent duplicate entries, and correct manifest administrative or technical errors.

Fraud and abuse. Sponsor may disqualify activity that is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent, abusive, automated, manipulated, or inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Technical or operational issues. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, operational disruption, force majeure or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impairs fair or intended administration. Sponsor will endeavor to preserve already-earned rights and administer any affected promotion fairly.

Conflicting communications. Sales-representative communications, emails, graphics, landing pages and other promotional materials are informational. If they conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

  • Privacy and Communications

Information submitted specifically for this Sweepstakes will be used only to administer and verify entries, contact and verify potential winners, fulfill Prizes, prevent fraud, maintain required records, and comply with legal obligations. Sweepstakes entry information will not be used to enroll Entrants in marketing communications or send unrelated marketing communications unless the Entrant separately consents. This does not alter any marketing consent the individual previously provided to Sponsor. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Resideo's privacy practices.

Winner communications. Potential winners will be contacted by email using the contact information associated with the qualifying CONNECT 26 registration or AMOE entry. Sponsor may also make onsite announcements during CONNECT 26. An AMOE Entrant is not required to attend CONNECT 26, and a winner need not be present at the drawing.

Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrant agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, promotion administrators, agencies, distributors and their respective officers, directors and employees from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a Prize, except for claims that cannot lawfully be waived.

U.S. law. For U.S. Entrants, these Official Rules are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the State of New York, without limiting mandatory rights that apply under another jurisdiction’s law.
