What should I do if my mp3 tune does not play?

If no sound on the doorbell after editing mp3 files, remove then refit the batteries (this will cause a system reset). If you are using a USB power supply, turn it off, then back on again. Wait 15 seconds for the mp3 player to reset, then use the tune button to select your mp3 tune.
