What should I do if I receive a "cannot log in" error on my Lyric app?

If unable to log into the Lyric App, verify the following items:
  • Check whether you've entered the correct user ID and password.
  • Check whether the mobile device is connected to the Wi-Fi network.
During regular maintenance or a temporary malfunction of the Honeywell server, the login process may not work properly. When this happens, you'll be notified through the Lyric app or email.

If your login still doesn't work, contact Honeywell Support at 1-800-633-3991.
