What should I do if I get a message stating my Lyric C1 or C2 camera is offline?

If the Lyric C1 or C2 Wi-Fi Security Camera is showing offline in the Lyric App, verify the following items:
  • Verify your home Wi-Fi network is working.
  • Verify the camera is still connected to power.
  • Check the Lyric app or email to verify that scheduled maintenance isn't happening.
If the camera is still offline, try unplugging it from the AC power socket, wait 10 seconds, and then power your camera back on.

If your problem is not resolved, contact Honeywell Lyric Support at 1-800-633-3991.
