What should I do if I don't receive an event notification from my Lyric C1 or C2 camera in my email inbox?

If you've received the notifications on your Lyric App and see the associated 30-second video clip(s), but have not received email alerts for the same event(s), please verify the following:

  • Ensure the email was not routed to your Spam or Junk folder
  • Ensure Lyric@honeywell.com has been added to your approved sender list
  • Ensure your email address is correctly updated in your Lyric account via the Lyric app
