My push button works off and on. What can I do to get it working all the time?

That sounds like a battery issue. Clean the battery contact and reinsert the batteries. In cold conditions or if operating at the maximum range, you may need to replace the batteries more often (every 12-18 months) to maintain optimum performance. When the low battery indicator is on, carefully replace the batteries - Incorrect installation may damage the battery contact.
