My Lyric C1 camera sends me sound-detected alert notifications every day. Is there a way to avoid this?

For the best safety performance, the camera's microphone sensitivity is very sharp. If you're experiencing false alarms, it's likely that the camera is installed close to the device creating the alarm-like sound. You can use the sound configuration setting on the Lyric app to change the audio sensitivity from normal to low.
