What is your return policy?

If you purchased a product through shop.honeywellhome.com and it does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date.

Our policy:

  • Only items purchased directly from shop.honeywellhome.com can be returned to Honeywell. Honeywell products purchased through contractors or retailers or online from anyone other than Honeywell must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy and will not be processed by Honeywell.
  • Items purchased directly from shop.honeywellhome.com may not be returned to retailers other than Honeywell.
  • If the product was removed from its original packaging, the product must still be in new condition and free from damage.
  • A copy of the original packing slip must be completed and included with the merchandise.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Honeywell.
  • Your account will be credited once the product is received and verified.

We recommend returns be shipped through UPS or insured United States mail for your protection. Honeywell is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
