My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you ordered your Honeywell product through shop.honeywellhome.com and it has arrived damaged, please call Customer Care at 1-800-633-3991, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST on Sunday.

If you ordered your Honeywell product from a contractor or retailer other than shop.honeywellhome.com, contact the contractor or retailer to return it.
