I placed an order and it hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

If you placed your Honeywell product order through shop.honeywellhome.com, your product is shipped via UPS Ground. Your product will typically arrive 5-7 days after it has been shipped. You can check your order status here. You will need your Order Number and email address.

If you ordered your product from a contractor or retailer other than shop.honeywellhome.com, contact the contractor or retailer to get tracking information.

If you have further questions about your order, call Customer Care at 1-800-633-3991, press 1 then 2, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST on Sunday.
