How do I return my Honeywell product?

If you purchased a product through and it doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the shipping date. If the product was removed from its original packaging, the product must still be in new condition and undamaged.

Follow these steps:

  1. Pack your return in the original packaging, if possible. Include the packing slip and complete the return instructions.

  3. Include all original packaging and accessories.
  4. Using your own shipping method, send the return to:

5. Your original form of payment (e.g. credit card) will be credited once the product is received and verified.

We recommend returns be shipped through UPS or insured United States mail for your protection. Honeywell is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Please only return items to Honeywell that were purchased directly from Honeywell products purchased anywhere else must be returned in accordance with the returns and refunds policy for their place of purchase and will not be processed by Honeywell.
