How do I pair the Lyric Round to the panel

Create a Lyric Thermostat account through its app. Then, use the "Add Wifi Thermostat" option in Total Connect 2.0 app, entering the username and password from the previous Lyric app. This will also automatically sync the Lyric Thermostat to the Lyric Controller.
